By downloading or using MyWattle, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About MyWattle

MyWattle is a mobile application designed to assist independent NDIS support workers with shift logging, invoicing, participant management, compliance tracking, and related administrative tasks. MyWattle is operated by Mathew Lacey (ABN available on request), an individual developer based in Australia.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using MyWattle, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

3. Eligibility

MyWattle is intended for use by independent NDIS support workers and sole traders in Australia. By using the app you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are using the app for lawful professional purposes
• The information you enter is accurate to the best of your knowledge

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with anyone else. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen within the app. Account deletion permanently removes all your data from our systems.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

MyWattle offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing you agree to the following:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings at any time
• A 30-day free trial is available to new subscribers. No charge applies during the trial period
• Refunds are subject to Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use MyWattle only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Enter false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or extract the app's source code
• Use the app to store or transmit malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data
• Use the app in a way that violates any applicable law or NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements

7. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into MyWattle, including participant information, shift records, and invoices. We store your data securely using Supabase infrastructure hosted in Australia.

We do not sell your data to third parties. For full details on how we collect and handle your data, please read our Privacy Policy.

8. Accuracy of Information

MyWattle is a tool to assist with administrative tasks. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, or compliance advice. You are solely responsible for verifying that invoices, service agreements, and other documents generated by the app are accurate and compliant with NDIS requirements before submitting them.

MyWattle does not verify the accuracy of any information, credentials, registrations, or documents entered into or generated by the app.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in MyWattle — including its design, code, and content — belong to Mathew Lacey. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for its intended purpose during your subscription period.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, MyWattle and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of income, or NDIS audit outcomes.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the app will not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or use the app in a way that causes harm to others. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it within the app.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
